Estimated shipping times provided at checkout are guidelines only and may vary depending on postal services.

Should an order be lost by AusPost or not arrive, we will reship the order once it becomes clear that the order has been lost.
A $15 reship fee applies.

Due to the nature of research chemicals, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges once products have been shipped.
